Well, when I really need to get down to business, I like to listen to ambient music. It’s kinda like stylized white noise, and it helps me focus. My Spotify playlist is at (http://is.gd/L1I1fG). It’s pretty much all Tim Hecker, with some other sprinklings.
If I’m not in the mood for ambient, I’ll listen to classical piano solos. That iTunes playlist is at (http://is.gd/J6cq1l).
Whatever you listen to, I highly suggest you keep it instrumental. Anything with lyrics will distract your brain from being focused on your studies.
